Research Interests:
Structure biology and protein engineering of coagulation factors. Understanding the pathophysiological mechanisms that lead to many life-threatening disorders such as thrombosis, immune-thrombosis, cancer and neurodegeneration, using a unique combination of structural biology, protein engineering, enzymology, biochemical and biophysical techniques.

Expertise:
protein chemistry, mass spectrometry, bio-spectroscopy, isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC), surface plasmon resonance (SPR), enzyme kinetics, molecular biology techniques, practical haemostasis.
