Research Interests:
Investigation of the molecular recognition mechanisms of coagulation proteases and their inhibitors and effectors. Elucidation of the biochemical links connecting inflammation, amyloidosis, neurodegeneration, and thrombosis, by integrating structural biology, protein engineering, enzymology, and both biophysical and biochemical approaches.

Expertise:
protein chemistry, mass spectrometry, bio-spectroscopy, isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC), surface plasmon resonance (SPR), enzyme kinetics, molecular biology techniques, practical haemostasis.
