The School aims to train specialists who have acquired theoretical, scientific and professional knowledge in the field of clinical pharmacy, pharmacotherapy and the use of health technologies, pharmaceutical economics  as well as drug economy as well as health legislation, with particular reference to the pharmaceutical sector, useful for carrying out the profession in the hospital and territorial pharmaceutical structures of the National Health Service. Specific areas of expertise are the management of drugs and medical devices, the production of drugs also of an experimental nature, information and documentation on the drug, supervision of health products, supervision of pharmaceutical operations.
