The study course in Applied Pharmaceutical Sciences aims to train a professional figure in the field of health products based on medicinal plants. The educational path combines a solid basic preparation in the chemical, physical and biological disciplines with the specific skills of the herbal sciences sector applied to the supply chain which includes management, quality control and development of production activities, transformation and marketing of medicinal plants and their derivatives.
A compulsory internship period is foreseen which can be carried out in industries, companies or external bodies, on the basis of specific agreements.
