I) formulation, development and characterization of solid oral dosage forms; II) study of factors affecting mucoadhesion and assessment of mucoadhesive properties; III) study of particle agglomeration mechanisms of powders that occur during wet granulation in high shear mixers.

Professional skills:

I) wet agglomeration process in high shear mixer; II) formulation of solid dosage forms; III) technological characterization of solid dosage forms: particle size analysis, flowability measurements, crushing strenght, image analysis and swelling studies; IV) rheological analysys, mucoadhesion tests, contact angle measures.
