About

The Pharmaceutical Sciences Graduate Program at the University of Padova (Italy) provides a chemical foundation for the complexity of drug actions at an atomic level. The program provides an appropriate environment for learning modern medicinal chemical principles and techniques to study significant problems at the interface of chemistry and biology.

The Pharmaceutical Sciences Graduate Program focuses on four research areas:

Medicinal Chemistry;

Cellular and Molecular Biology;

Pharmaceutical technology, biopharmaceutics and drug delivery;

Phytochemistry and nutraceuticals.

As a rule, it will take three years to complete the doctoral program, each student has one supervisors and an . Regular seminars and reports by the students, will serve the purpose of quality control.

The field is interdisciplinary by design, and our program faculty members come from a variety of fields from chemistry to genetics and from physics to molecular and cellular biology.
